Welcome to the the Bee Stronger Experience!

Beeing stronger takes physical exercise.  Physical exercise can be defined by any activity of your body that increases, enhances, or maintains overall health or fitness. 

Everyone exercises for different reasons; losing or maintaining weight, increasing athletic skills,  helping to strengthen muscles, or overall need for better health. 

Exercise is key for an optimal lifestyle and is important for maintaining a healthy weight, building healthy bones and muscles, improving your joint's mobility, reducing possible life risks, strengthening the immune system and flexibility, and in some cases possibly even minimizing need for surgery.

Exercise has been proven to improve brain functions as well.  It is said that new neurons can develop with 4-5 hours a week of heavy physical activity.  Regular exercise is thought to have other positive cognitive benefits as well as it increases overall heights of nerve growth, supporting physical survival.

Too much exercise can indeed cause harm, as your muscles and other body parts require at least a day of rest.  This is why people often space out their workout days or even muscle groups to maximize the results obtained.  Some professionals recommend exercising only every other day or 3-4 times a week. 

It's also important to do exercises properly - so an investment into books, classes, or a physical trainer can be a good decision.  Improper exercises can do more harm than good.  Don't use this as an excuse to not exercise!

Exercise can also have a DRAMATIC impact on mood.  Exercise produces natural endorphins. Stopping exercise suddenly can have serious impacts on mood and increase depression.

Everyone is different.  It's important to check with your doctor before beginning or changing any fitness program and invest time into knowledge to make sure you take care of your body.  We all exercise for improvement and what you learn can go far!
